The location of the hotel is convenient for those who want to explore the city. You can easily access public transportation to get to different parts of the city. the rooms are spacious enough, but unfortunately, that's where the positivity ends. the room amenities are misleading as there was no tea or coffee available, bathroom supplies were non-existent, and there was no hot water for a shower.

During my recent city trip, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel provided a comfortable and clean room with soft bedding. Another helpful feature was its close proximity to public transportation, which made navigating the city much easier. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi which allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.

The absence of free breakfast and toiletries led to additional expenses that I had not accounted for. the staff seemed indifferent to customer satisfaction, which left me feeling unwelcome.

Another advantage was the proximity to public transit, making it very easy to get to the places I wanted to visit.

While there were some positive aspects, I had a terrible experience with the staff. When I arrived, they were inhospitable and did not make any effort to help me with my luggage or check me in. When I asked for assistance, they were slow and unresponsive. Finally, I decided to leave the hotel because I did not feel welcome and it was not worth the trouble. This experience ruined my Christmas vacation, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.
